The name EGMO stands
for quality in the manufacture of
stainless steel vessels.
Our vessels, ranging from 70 - 70,000 liters, can be found in

Common materials used for construction are AISI 304L (1.4306),
AISI 316L (1.4404), as well as highly corrosion resistant alloys
(e.g., Hastelloy materials). Working pressure varies from
atmospheric to full vacuum. The vessels can be of a single wall
design, double jacketed for heating / cooling and insulated.
The inside surface finish of the vessels is either milled or polished
up to 10-15 Ra µ” mechanically polished and electro-polish, as
required according to product process.
Each industrial sector places different demands on our vessels. Our
technical staffs are available to provide advice and optimize the
application of the product and the cost for each vessel.

EGMO
is a leader in the supply of custom vacuum chambers and related equipment for
vacuum services ranging from rough vacuum to ultra-high vacuum. EGMO
provides custom and production vacuum chambers as an OEM supplier to equipment
manufacturers for the semiconductor industry.
EGMO manufactures
vacuum vessels of various materials: stainless steel, inconel and exotic
alloys.
Vacuum chamber ports are provided in the locations and configurations required.
Port locations can be precision machined to guarantee accuracy and alignment.
EGMO supplies viewports, feedthroughs and KF, ISO, CF, ASA or custom designed
flanges as required by the chamber specification.
